Some treatments require a patch test to be performed prior to your first treatment. If you have had the patch test or treatment performed previously elsewhere, you still need to allow us to perform our own patch test on you. This will also be required if it's been over 12 months since you last had the patch test.
Cancellation Policy & Changes To Appointments.
Time is precious, we respect yours, so we ask that you please respect ours.
Our cancellation policy is strictly 24 hours for all clients. If we don't receive 24 hours' notice to cancel your appointment 50% of your deposit will be used as payment to cover the loss of this appointment time to the salon.
We completely understand that things can happen last minute and we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances. Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals and on-the-day cancellations we have had, which in turn cost the salon.
Gift cards will expire 6 months from the purchase date.
Gift cards cannot be refunded once purchased.
Please be aware, the salon reserve the right to an annual price increases on services.
If the gift voucher service you have purchased has increased in price from the time you purchased it and the time the recipient redeems it, the difference will need to be paid by the recipient at the time the gift voucher is redeemed by the recipient.

Children & Babies
Children & minors in the salon. We welcome children into the salon, we are aware that it's not always possible to find childcare. Due to the number of beauty products & chemicals, we always require the children be fully supervised. Babies must remain strapped in their pushchairs. Safety is our main concern.

Friends & Family
We understand that you may wish to bring friends or family with you when you attend your appointment with us, please understand that due to our insurance, we do not allow anyone but the therapist and client to be treated in the treatment room. They are more than welcome to wait in the reception area for you.
Unfortunately, once you have been diagnosed we are not able to offer you any treatments, this includes currently undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Once you have finished your treatment, or up to 5 years after you have finished treatment, we can then offer you most of our regular treatments with medical consent from your oncologies or GP.
Skin cancer, again we cannot offer you any treatments until you have completed all treatments whether this is removal, topical treatments, and any wounds that need to be fully healed.

Pets in the salon- We allow guild dogs within the salon, but strictly no pets.
Mobile Phones - Using mobile phones during the treatment, we understand that you may need to send an email or take a work-related phone call, but we kindly ask you to refrain from doing this whilst we are performing your treatment. We do not allow video recording or video calls whilst your treatment is being performed.
Eating- We ask you to please refrain from eating within the treatment room.
Inappropriate behavior towards staff or other customers within the salon will not be tolerated, we will ask you to leave the premises. We hold the right to refuse a service if our staff feel uncomfortable.
Ignoring salon policy - Our salon policy has been designed to protect the business, and create a safe efficient & happy environment for all.
We expect all customers to respect & adhere to our salon policy.
We are legally obliged to refuse entry and service to an intoxicated person.
Complaints Procedure - We aim to always provide you with the highest quality treatments, aiming to bring little uplifting moments of self-care. If you feel unhappy in any way please do not hesitate to contact us straight away so we can rectify any problems as soon as they occur.
