Amazing, wish I had come sooner! Couldn't be happier after my wax today. After a few bad experiences I had put it off for a long time but I'm beyond glad that I chose to come here. The wax was way less painful than I had remembered from other places and I was made to feel really comfortable the whole time. "The best massage I have ever had!" I was in Cardiff for the Rugby with my husband and happened to pass this delightful little shop in one of the arcades in Cardiff. I had about an hour to spare before the game and asked the receptionist if there was a chance I could have a quick back massage. All of the therapists were busy in other appointments but she was able to set up the room and squeeze me in, in about 10 minutes. The massage was out of this world - she started with a 'Welcome Touch' which was a brisk foot rub with a warm towel. Then she wafted aromatherapy scents under the massage table and did a brief back brush which got the blood flowing and felt amazing. She then gave me one of the deepest massages I've ever had, getting deep into muscles that needed releasing. It was finished off with a light spritz of cooling water which soothed the hot muscles after so much manipulation. My only regrets are not getting a longer massage and not getting her name so that I can recommend her to everyone!
Genuinely the best They take out the awkward anxiety that comes with getting a bikini wax. I used to find random waxing salons online and never go anywhere twice but once I found simply bare I haven't looked back. They have the professionalism of a franchise with the kindness and care of a mom-and-pop shop. They go above and beyond each time to make sure I am comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. I never thought a bikini wax would brighten my day! I rarely write reviews but after coming here for about a year I can confidently say that you will not find such quality and care at an unbelievably affordable price!
"Best beauty salon in Cardiff" The ladies who work at Simply Wellness Cardiff are Simply lovely and their skills are impressive. I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my eyelashes tinted and I have no complaints. My friend also had the same done as well as a massage and loved it! It is hidden in an arcade but worth finding!
Amazing I had my first wax ever done and the therapist was lovely made me feel comfortable and took good care of me. Very friendly, would definitely recommend.
"Welcoming, relaxing and professional." After being ignored by the some of the well known salons of Cardiff on my attempts of getting an appointment, the lovely ladies of Simply Wellness Cardiff phoned me on a Sunday and swiftly arranged an appointment that was convenient for me. Upon arrival and until the moment you lave you feel actually welcomed; the lovely girl that did my wax listened to my requests, did her job professionally and with attention to the details and made me feel very relaxed at all times. The Lycon wax was a nice change from your typical wax, it feels very luxurious and the results are fantastic. The place is immaculate, you can see they make an effort. Toilets were clean and pretty, the wax room was lovely and spotless as well as the reception area. I can't fault Simply Wellness Cardiff, although is not the cheapest waxing place around I would rather pay for a professional service and good customer attention (a lost art these days). I will be back in a few weeks!
I had an incredible experience when I visited Simply Wellness Cardiff at the weekend. The interior is gorgeous and the team were lovely, welcoming and highly professional. I had a facial and it was extremely relaxing and has noticeably improved my skin! I can't recommend Simply Wellness Cardiff enough as a perfect option for a luxurious treat, which is worth every penny! Thanks again ladies!
Lycon bikini wax Just on the off chance they had an appointment available for today they were able to fit me in almost straight away after a client. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable and the staff friendly. Leah made me feel very at ease and the lycon bikini wax was virtually pain free. The loyalty scheme is a nice idea too. I will definitely use this salon in the future for waxing.
Aromatherapy, hot stone and sole massage Such a lovely experience, two of us had massages and timings worked really well. Complimentary tea and drinks which was lovely and a stand out staff member who did my sole massage, who also recommended us a boat trip and was so lovely and helpful. Really enjoyed it.
